1. How CashBrag works?
In addition to the discounts for online shopping that are listed on CashBrag, we also give you the option of earning additional cashback on your online purchases. Stores and offers that have additional cashback can be identified by looking at Coupons or the transfer page, which gives you information about how much you will be eligible. For example : 'Get Upto 5% Cashback'.

c.Once your purchase is completed, we usually track it within 48-72 hours depending on the retailer you shop and your cashback is added to you as pending balance.
d.Stores wait for the return and exchange period to be over before giving us the final confirmation of the sale. This process can usually take 4-8 weeks depending on the store.
e.Once we receive a final confirmation of the sale from the merchant your pending cashback is made available for you to use.
f.Once you have Rs.250 or more confirmed cashback you can transfer this cashback to your Paytm Account or by cheque.
PS - You can redeem once you have Rs.250 or more confirmed cashback only.
Note: The amount added to your pending balance is indicative and may change upon final confirmation from the store. Cashback earned from some merchants cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.
2. There was an offer, I saw but it’s no longer available on the site. How can I get it?
In some cases, the offers given to us by the store are only valid for a limited duration or offer valid till stock lasts. When the offer reaches its expiration date, The coupon will be automatically removed from our Website and Apps.
This will ensure that you have access to all valid coupons & offers. You do not attempt to use offers which no longer valid.
3. Can I get both coupons and cashback with my purchase?
Yes, Most retailers pay the same cashback if you use a coupon code along with it and many of the retailers we have offer cashback and coupons. However, some retailers might pay lesser cashback and some may not pay any cashback at all if you use a coupon code. These terms are clearly stated on the retailer’s store page.so, please ensure you check all the terms & conditions before shopping.
4. When will I get my Cashback after my transaction?
This varies from retailer to retailer. Once you do a transaction you will get a notification from us within 5 minutes to 72 hours telling you how much Cashback you earned in your transaction. This is called 'Pending' cashback. Once the return policy of your product(s) is over/stay is completed, the retailer confirms that the transaction was genuine, and pays us for the transaction. The status of your Cashback will automatically change to 'Confirmed'. Usually from the time of your purchase, it could take between 48 hours to 90 days for your Cashback to show as confirmed.
5. Why does Cashback take so long to confirm?
Unfortunately, the cashback process is such that we have to wait for the store to confirm to us that the purchase was not returned or exchanged. Merchants also use this time to validate that the sale has met conditions for earning cashback.
We constantly work with stores to reduce this waiting period. However, just to be on the safe side we inform you that it may usually take 4-8 weeks for a transaction to be confirmed and fraudulent transactions.
6. Can I shop at the retailer directly, and just send you a receipt to get my Cashback?
Unfortunately No ! To earn Cashback, you MUST visit the retailer online via CashBrag Web/App. This way the retailer can track that you went to their site through us and will pay us a commission. We pass most of this commission to you as Cashback.
7. What is the pending cashback balance?
Pending Balance contains amounts that you have earned but can't redeem. As your pending balance contains amounts from purchases made at cashback stores and/or any bonus amount that you might have earned from CashBrag Coupons.
Pending balance earned from purchases made at cashback stores usually requires 4-8 weeks wait period before which it becomes available. This is because most stores wait until their return and exchange period is over before confirming a purchase. If a merchant deems a purchase as canceled or exchanged, the pending balance does not become available and is removed from your account.
Pending balance earned from a promotional activity like referrals bonus and joining bonus has its conditions that must be fulfilled for it to become available. Please check the conditions that need to be fulfilled for the promotional bonus to become available.
8. What is available or confirmed cashback balance?
Available Balance is the amount that you can withdraw immediately from your account with minimum withdrawal limits apply. Available/confirmed Cashback are those that have been validated and approved the sale from retailers.
Once you have Rs.250 or more Confirmed Cashback you can transfer this Cashback to your Bank Account or redeem it as an Amazon Gift Cards.
9. Where do I see my cashback earnings?
Once you’ve logged in, you will see in "My Account" on the top right corner of your screen. Click on it and then open 'Overview' in profile to see your Cashback Earnings
10. Why was my cashback canceled?
There will be some common valid reasons why cashback is declined are:
Your order was canceled.
Your order was returned or partially returned.
Your order was exchanged or partially exchanged.
Your order was changed.
Your order was paid for using a gift code or gift voucher.
Your order was paid for using (COD) Cash on Delivery.
Your order might have been classified as bulk order from a wholesaler or a travel agent etc.
Sometimes stores do not provide us any specific reason for declining the cashback. In such cases, a Missing Cashback claim can be filed and we will do our best to find the reason for the cancellation of the cashback.
Note: The store holds sole discretion in determining the validity of the cashback transaction.
Some common reasons why cashback is declined are: If you still think your cashback was canceled wrongly by the merchant, click here and file a claim under the 'Cashback Cancelled' category'.
Changes in account
11. I want to change my email address. How can I do it?
Unfortunately, you cannot change the email address once registered. It is permanent and acts as a unique identity for the users’ accounts.
12. How can I change my name on the CashBrag account?
To change the current name (Full name) on your CashBrag account, you require sending a government-issued Photo-ID proof for verification. For this, you can create a Support request using your CashBrag account and attach a soft copy of a valid document. Authentication of the full name is mandatory at CashBrag as we deal with online fund transfers and financial transactions. Note: Username cannot be changed.
13. I want to update my profile on CashBrag, How can I do it?
Follow the given steps to update your profile: Log in to your CashBrag account. From the top-right corner, select your name. Click on the Profile link mentioned under your name to update your profile. Note: CashBrag will send a verification code to the user’s registered email address for safety measures. To save the changes, enter the verification code sent to your registered email address.
14. How to retrieve the forgotten password?
If you have forgotten or lost your GoPaisa password, follow the given steps: On the GoPaisa login page, select the ‘Forgot my password’ link. GoPaisa will send a password reset link via email to your registered email account. Click open the link and set your new password for your GoPaisa account.
15. I am not able to login to my CashBrag account via Facebook. What should I do?
Note: Though the email address is the same assign in at CashBrag and Facebook, passwords for both the accounts are different. To log into the GoPaisa account through Facebook, users are required to use the password set at the time of sign-up. In case, you are unable to sign in to your GoPaisa account through Facebook, follow the given steps: Go to GoPaisa homepage and select the ‘Login/Sign in’ option. Click on the forgot password link. Here, enter the same email address that you use to access your Facebook account and select the ‘Send Email’ option. You will receive a password recovery email to your registered email address. Using the link, create a new password for your GoPaisa account. Note: This is your transaction password as well.

18. Where, how, and when will I see my cashback?
As soon as you purchase any item on the retailer store through cashbrag transfer and complete the transaction, you will see your cashback displayed in your wallet within 72 hours in “Pending Balance.
After completing 4-8 weeks of return or exchange policy the cashback amount will be available in ”Cashback Approved”. This means your cashback is approved and you can withdraw this amount once you have Rs 250 in your “Cashback Approved” section.

20. Can I shop directly on retailer stores and get cashback?
No, You should search stores in cashbrag go to stores through “click to shop “from the store page to get cashback.
21. Why do cashbrag give us cashback?
Cashbrag has tied up with many retail stores. We pass the commission to our users.
22. What should I do if the retailer link is not working?
Enable your cookies. Open the retailer link in another window or browser. If you are using Google browser try opening the retailer link using a new incognito window. If it is still not working reach us out on email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
23. Why do I see stores under multiple categories?
Some stores may sell multiple products. Such stores are displayed under multiple categories.
24. What should I do if my cashback is not displayed in my wallet?
It takes up to 78 hours for cashback to be displayed in the wallet in a pending balance state. If you have returned the product or exchanged as per store rules cashback will be rejected. If you do not see the cashback if it is a valid transaction without any exchange or returns please write to us with details of the product, purchase date, and your login name to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.

25. Will my cash in the wallet expire?
Cashback in your cashbrag wallet never expires. You can opt to cash it any time once it reaches Rs 250.
26. How does cashbrag refer and earn work?
For every new referral, the existing customer earns a referral bonus when the referrer downloads the app and registers using a referral code sent by referral. The referral amount will be shown within 78 hours in your wallet in pending status. When your referrer does first purchase on cashbrag the referral fee will change to approved status.
- You can refer your friends and earn an available referral bonus on each of your referrals.
- You can refer cashbrag to multiple people. Your referral bonus will be paid only if the referral makes his purchase online through cashbrag app/website and his cashbrag wallet amount is a minimum of Rs 100.
- Our Payout threshold: A minimum amount of Rs.250 is required in your wallet to cash out including your first purchase
Example: If Rahul is registered on cashbrag he refers to Sam. Rahul will get a referral bonus (Rs.10) in pending status in his wallet. Once Sam purchases any products listed in cashbrag from any retail stores through cashbrag and makes his wallet loaded with Rs.100 then Rahul can see 10 rupees in his wallet in approved status.
